If you love indian food, this could be one best place to stay for business purpose. Every Saturday you can get buffet dinner here. There is a bit water logging in front of the hotel during rainy season.

This hotel was amazing, I visited with my family, it's an Indian atmosphere with the Indian street food right on the bottom, the rooms are nice and homely. The service was splendid as well. The best part of this hotel was that it was right in the middle of the town and i loved everything else, it wasn't a problem at all. It's dining is also very extraordinary with a range of different choices form indian to Chinese food. The staff was absolutely friendly and polite.

Came to country for friends wedding. Had a lovely time. Hotel was nice with great restaurant which catered to my needs as I was allergic to sunflower oil. So they changed and cooked mine in olive oil very kind of them.

Indian breakfast. Good & safe location. Good & big room. Excellent cleanliness.
Telephone in a working condition. Also direct calling system should have been there in the room.

The hotel room at Urban Rose was spacious and comfortable. We had a sitting room, a small kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate bedroom. The air conditioning kept us cool (quite cold as you can't control the temperature well). We had a nice balcony overlooking the city, and the bed was comfortable. Our only qualm with the room was the excessive air freshener. It is quite near the National Museum, the Kilimanjaro hotel for drinks, and many other good sight-seeing locations. It is a good base for a stay in Dar.
